It’s cozy and stylish at the cafe on the first floor. Wood, cupboards with books and magazines, flowers in vases, ornate chandeliers, chairs — low plush velour and sumptuous chocolate leather ones. The elevated dining area flows into a lounge that’s deeper inside the space, there’s also a cigar place — a separate niche with couches and a wall full of Italian-theme photographs. As if playing with the brown-beige colours of the cafe, the restaurant is embellished in ruby organza and raspberry velour. The low chairs of the first floor are replaced with elegant settees with high rigid backs, the tables are clothed and set with china and glass.
